PRE ORDER
Pre ordered items are made with love and care per order. We place the order off of the exact amount of orders placed through the website. These orders take 20-30 days to fulfill. Because of this, unfortunately, they can not be exchanged or cancelled.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted, most of our pieces are body conscious with a very tight fit, once it's been tried on we will not resale it.
NO CHANGES
No changes will be made once an order has been placed.
Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.
RETURNS
Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective.
Items purchased from NUH SWIM: NYAFU / N.S./ ESC. are eligible for store credit within 7 days delivery receipt.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE in which case they are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.
Items sent beyond 7 days are subject to a 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
Please use the Returns FORM that was shipped with your order.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
SWIMWEAR
May not be returned. NO EXCEPTION!
TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted .
RETURNS RECEIVED
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for credit are subject to a restocking fee OF NO LESS THAN 30%
DAMAGED ITEMS
